Java Backend Developer – Hybrid, Lisbon

We’re looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team in Lisbon!

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in microservices environments using Spring Boot, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.

What you’ll do:

- Develop and maintain backend services built with Java & Spring Boot

- Design, implement, and optimize microservices architectures

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience in Java backend development

- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices

- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)

- Advanced level of English (mandatory)
