ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a technology team supporting digital platforms in the luxury goods sector. This role is based in Portugal, with a hybrid working model in Lisbon requiring three on-site days per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design and implement complex full-stack features across enterprise digital platforms.
• Contribute to identity and access management strategy, including SSO, authorization flows and access control models.
• Define front-end engineering standards for authentication patterns, state management and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architecture stakeholders to support technical decisions, architecture records and roadmap contributions.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the application stack.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation, secure development practices and maintainable engineering standards.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10 or more years of experience in full-stack software development, with strong autonomy in complex delivery contexts.
• Proven experience with Java and React.js in enterprise application environments.
• Ability to work with architecture, security and engineering stakeholders in a structured and collaborative way.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese, at C1 level or equivalent.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, with three on-site days per week.
• Current residence in Portugal.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 14,000 - EUR 36,000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 43,000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
