Full stack developer | senior

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to support digital product development in the energy sector. This is a long-term opportunity based in Portugal, with a hybrid working model and regular office presence in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js and NestJS. - Build user-facing features and backend services aligned with performance, reliability and maintainability requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze technical needs, support delivery planning and contribute to solution optimization. - Ensure code quality, documentation and implementation practices that support standardization and long-term application evolution. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying technical risks, proposing improvements and supporting knowledge sharing within the team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with React in complex application development contexts. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Next.js and NestJS. - Professional working proficiency in English at C1 level or equivalent. - Availability to work from Portugal in a hybrid model, with regular office presence in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra. - Responsible, collaborative and solution-oriented profile, with autonomy in technical delivery and alignment with team objectives.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 14 000 - EUR 40 000 gross/year Total compensation: up to EUR 45 000/year The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
