You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support reliable software delivery.

O que vais fazer

• Analyze business requirements and functional documentation to define appropriate test scenarios and coverage
• Design, maintain and execute manual test cases covering functional and regression testing
• Identify, document and monitor software defects, collaborating with development and product teams to support timely resolution
• Organize testing activities and maintain traceability using Jira, Xray and Confluence
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate quality indicators, progress and findings to relevant stakeholders
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of testing procedures and quality documentation
• Evaluate opportunities to utilize AI-assisted tools in testing activities while respecting applicable governance and security guidelines

O que é pedido

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or software testing
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute manual testing activities
• French language proficiency at B2 level or above
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and their practical application in software quality assurance
• A responsible, adaptable and quality-oriented approach to delivering reliable solutions
• Manual software testing, including test design, execution and result analysis
• Functional testing and regression testing techniques
• Defect lifecycle management, tracking and validation
• Jira for test activity coordination and defect management
• Xray for test case management and execution tracking
• Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• Test reporting, traceability and quality assurance practices
• AI-assisted testing concepts and responsible AI utilization

Valorizado

• Experience testing telephony or contact center solutions and related business processes
