Specialist in Automation and AI for Support Operations

📍 Location: Lisbon

📌 Working Mode: Hybrid – 3 days a week

đź§  What you will do:

- Support the implementation of AI tools and solutions with the Service Desk, Second Line, and IT Quality Assurance teams;

- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and develop AI use cases applied to technical support;

- Provide practical guidance and concrete examples to help teams incorporate AI into their daily routines;

- Promote the responsible and effective use of AI, enhancing decision-making and productivity;

- Analyze IT processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization;

- Create prompt libraries, automation flows, and reusable AI patterns;

- Support the application of AI solutions in CRM, ITSM, and Knowledge Base platforms;

- Monitor the adoption of tools, collect feedback, and continuously improve implemented solutions;

- Explore and document use cases in tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

- Experience leading or supporting digital adoption or change initiatives in IT or support areas;

- Knowledge or experience with digital productivity tools, process automation, and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, CRM, or alert management systems);

- Ability to turn operational challenges into practical and scalable AI-based solutions;

- Focus on results, efficiency, and continuous improvement of services.
