ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a DevOps professional to support production application exploitation, automation and industrialization within the banking sector. This opportunity is based in a hybrid model in Porto, with two on-site days per week, staggered working hours within the 06:30 to 19:30 range and participation in an on-call rotation, including weekends when required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the operation, standardization, automation and industrialization of applications in production environments.
• Coordinate technical changes and operational activities, including infrastructure movements, maintenance windows and planned technical interventions.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including procedures, application components, software architecture, technical architecture and monitoring requirements.
• Support the deployment and commissioning of new application versions in collaboration with development, maintenance and technical infrastructure teams.
• Manage and monitor treatment scheduling activities in production environments.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of production incidents, ensuring continuity, reliability and controlled recovery.
• Collaborate with systems, database, operations and network teams to support application stability and technical evolution.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• More than 3 years of experience in production engineering, DevOps, systems operations or application operations environments.
• Experience working with production applications in structured, controlled and business-critical environments.
• Ability to document technical procedures clearly and maintain operational knowledge bases.
• Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach when working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Availability to work in staggered schedules and participate in an on-call rotation.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 20,000 gross/year.

Total compensation: up to EUR 30,000/year.

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
