ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior AI DevOps Engineer to design, develop and evolve AI agents that support the software development lifecycle in the technology sector. This role combines Generative AI, cloud, DevOps practices, software engineering and AI governance to improve productivity, automation and delivery quality across technical teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop and evolve AI agents to support analysis, development, testing, documentation, code review and operations activities.
• Define LLM-based agent architectures using Agentic AI frameworks and cloud-native practices.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
• Optimize token utilization and cost control in Generative AI solutions.
• Define adoption, productivity and return-on-investment metrics for implemented AI solutions.
• Promote good practices for the responsible use of Generative AI across technical teams.
• Produce documentation, guidelines and enablement sessions to support knowledge dissemination.
• Monitor Generative AI market evolution and propose new opportunities for practical application.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps, AI engineering, software engineering or cloud-based automation roles.
• Solid knowledge of Large Language Models, including architecture, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning and model evaluation.
• Proven experience optimizing token consumption and cost control in Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of autonomous and multi-agent systems applied to the software development lifecycle.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in large enterprise environments with a collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented approach.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Large Language Models, prompting, RAG, fine-tuning and model evaluation.
• Agentic AI architectures and autonomous or multi-agent systems.
• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent Generative AI frameworks.
• Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Google Cloud Platform.
• API integration, cloud platforms and DevOps tooling.
• Software engineering, DevSecOps and CI/CD platforms.
• AI governance, security and compliance.
• Token optimization and cost control for Generative AI solutions.

NICE TO HAVE

• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Experience in digital adoption or transformation programs.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks or responsible AI practices.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 20 000 - EUR 40 000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 55 000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
