ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support digital solution delivery in the insurance or healthcare sector, working in a hybrid model in Lisbon. This role focuses on business needs analysis, functional specification and coordination between business stakeholders and software development teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for software delivery teams.
  • Prepare functional analysis documentation to support solution design, implementation and validation.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of requirements, priorities and expected outcomes.
  • Support the validation of developed solutions to confirm alignment with business requirements.
  • Contribute to planning, organization and prioritization of multiple activities in a delivery-focused environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role in IT delivery contexts.
  • Experience working with business requirements, functional analysis and software development teams.
  • Detail-oriented professional with strong planning, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative and clear communicator, comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with focus on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18,000 - EUR 28,000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 35,000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
