ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Mid Business Analyst to support requirements analysis, application evolution and acceptance criteria definition in the technology services context. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear project requirements, supporting application design and ensuring alignment between stakeholders, project teams and developers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Gather, analyze and structure client requirements for application evolution and new application design.
• Ensure that business requirements are clear, understandable and actionable for project teams and developers.
• Support the definition of functional needs, process flows and solution expectations.
• Prepare and operationalize test acceptance criteria aligned with business and project objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Support project activities with attention to detail, clear communication and structured documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps, risks and opportunities in requirements and delivery processes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, functional analysis or related roles.
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or another relevant field.
• Experience with project management and delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking.
• Excellent analysis and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, proactivity and sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and test acceptance criteria.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 18 000 - EUR 30 000 gross/year Total compensation: up to EUR 40 000/year The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
