We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services to join our team in Lisbon or Porto.

Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

- Act as a bridge between business teams and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

- Support the analysis and improvement of financial processes and systems.

- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions.

- Collaborate with development and testing teams during the implementation and validation phases.

- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Financial Services or Banking environments.

- Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.

- Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.

- Knowledge of financial products or financial processes (e.g., payments, treasury, trading, or risk).

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.

- Knowledge of data-related projects (data governance, reporting, data platforms).

- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).

- Previous experience in international or banking projects.
