Systems Analyst (Desktop Management) | Hybrid | Lisbon

Job Description:

We are recruiting a Systems Analyst to join an Engineering and Project team at a leading client in the banking sector, focusing on the management and evolution of the digital workplace.

Location: Tagus Park

Working model: Hybrid

Note: Helpdesk or Field Support profiles will not be considered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and profiles
  • Remote installation and certification of software on the PC fleet
  • Tracking new technologies and continuous improvement of the workplace
  • 3rd line support for complex configuration issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in Windows 11 and Office 365 (management and configuration)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Administration of OUs and GPOs
  • Knowledge of browsers (Edge/Chrome)
