Who are we looking for?

Linux System Administrator, focusing on IBM AIX.

Main tasks to be developed:

• Support daily administration of AIX environments.
• Execute maintenance tasks, updates and patching under supervision.
• Monitor systems and resolve incidents.
• Participate in solving medium complexity problems.
• Document procedures and configurations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and applications teams.

Mandatory skills and technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, focusing on IBM AIX.
• Familiarity with command line (CLI) and essential AIX and/or Linux commands.
• Knowledge of networks and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS configuration, DHCP, subnets.
• Knowledge of scripting (ksh, bash or shell scripting).
• Knowledge of Ansible is desirable.

Desirable skills and technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of RedHat management tools: IDM, Satellite.
• Knowledge of Wazuh and log centralization.

Location: Lisbon

Work regime: Hybrid (3x a week in the office).
