Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in technology project management, particularly in infrastructure, cloud and systems.

Key tasks to be developed:

• Simultaneously manage several technology projects related to infrastructure and cloud throughout their lifecycle.
• Receive and analyze requirements from different business areas.
• Understand and monitor the design of solution architectures, identifying dependencies, risks, and technical impacts.
• Coordinate projects related to the implementation and evolution of infrastructure, both in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Participate in cloud adoption, implementation, and migration initiatives, particularly in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments.
• Monitor migration and evolution of databases, including Oracle and SQL technologies.
• Coordinate integration projects between systems, authentication, and other technological infrastructure components.
• Manage risks, priorities, planning, resources, and dependencies between different teams.

Skills and technical knowledge:

• + 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Background or technical knowledge in areas such as infrastructure, systems, databases, networks, or cloud.
• Ability to understand system and infrastructure architectures.
• Experience in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience or contact with projects involving technologies such as OpenShift, Oracle, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric will be valued.
• Experience in database and/or infrastructure migration projects will be valued.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a complex technological environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication skills and ease of interaction with technical teams and suppliers.

Work regime:

Hybrid (2x a week in the office in Lisbon).
