Who are we looking for?

Product Manager for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

Main tasks to be developed:

• Support the definition of the strategy and roadmap for SME segment products.
• Define and monitor business indicators, analyzing product evolution and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop and monitor dashboards to support product management and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of the area's budget and monitor the P&L, analyzing revenue, costs, and business performance.
• Ensure communication of products with customers and different areas of the organization.

Mandatory skills and technical knowledge:

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or similar areas.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Product Management.
• Excellent analytical skills and business indicator orientation.
• Good organization skills, rigor, and work method.
• Good communication skills and assertiveness.

• Proactive, resilient profile with influencing capacity.
• Ease in working transversally with different teams.

Location: Lisbon

Work model: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
