Mandatory Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager

- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

- Experience in managing IT projects and C-level stakeholders

- Experience in defining a project plan in collaboration with different teams (internal and client)

- Proficiency in systematizing solutions to be implemented by the client

- Experience working with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas

- Experience in task analysis, planning, organization, and prioritization

- Good communication, collaboration, and team development skills

- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity
