Job Description:

- Explore New Markets: Identify and attract new clients to expand our business base.

- Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement innovative strategies to drive company growth.

- Generate and Increase Leads: Demonstrate skill in creating valuable contacts and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Present Our Services: Conduct prospecting meetings to promote our IT Consulting and Nearshoring services, offered in Time & Materials and Team as a Service collaboration models.

- Manage Client Portfolio: Create and oversee a portfolio of national and international clients.

- Client Engagement: Provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- Recruit Technology Talent: Lead the recruitment and selection of high-level technology profiles.

- Experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector.

- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.

- Strong relational skills and the ability to generate solid business relationships with potential clients.

- Experience in recruitment in the IT sector.
