As a Risk & AI Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and our technical implementation teams.

You will work closely with financial institution stakeholders, project managers, data engineers, and operations personnel to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Feedzai’s fraud detection solution.

You Have & You Know-how:

• MSc or similar in Finance, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in fraud risk, business analysis, or operations within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection methodologies, risk analysis, alert management platforms, and investigative workflows.
• Proficiency with data querying tools (e.g., SQL) and analysis in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into clear specifications.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with experience facilitating workshops and delivering client presentations.
• Customer facing experience.
• Experience writing detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
