PCPRONTO is a 100% Portuguese Information Technologies company, specialized in providing services and selling technological solutions, with 20 years in the market. To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Help Desk and Field Support Technician.
Functions: Help-Desk and Field Support
Requirements:
- 12th grade, Equivalent Professional Courses or preferably a degree in Computer Science,
- Experience in Helpdesk and Field Support roles (minimum 2 years),
- Operating systems Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Windows Server,
- Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure and SharePoint, OneDrive, Office and Teams,
- Experience using remote access tools,
- Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues,
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity and Firewalls,
- Good knowledge of Hardware,
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- High sense of responsibility
- Availability for possible travels across the country
- Driver's license
- Availability for immediate entry
