We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead our team in building an advanced personalization platform for online services. You will oversee a dynamic, interdisciplinary team focusing on implementing and optimising machine learning models for search, recommendations, and hyper-personalization.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for machine learning projects focused on search and recommendations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models and systems
• Oversee the development of end-to-end machine learning solutions, including architecture implementation, data pipeline construction, model serving solutions, and productionizing models
• Work closely with senior leadership, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, set priorities, and ensure successful project delivery
