We are hiring, but it's not to fill a position. It's to bring someone who drives growth. We are looking for an Outbound & Partner Growth. But, above all, we are looking for an Egoian.
Your impact
You will be responsible for one of E-goi's biggest growth levers: lead and opportunity generation that does not come from marketing. You will own Outbound + Partners.
No dilution of responsibility. No excuses.
đ§ What you will build
- Outbound (pre-sales machine)
- Partners (referral and co-selling machine)
- Ops & Discipline
đ You will know you are successful when after 180 days: The non-marketing pipeline is no longer 'uncertain' and becomes a system.
Who we are looking for
- Someone with a builder's DNA.
- They are obsessed with results (pipeline), not tasks.
- Has autonomy, critical thinking, and ownership.
- Communicates clearly, simply, and directly.
- Can work with partners and internal teams without losing focus on performance.
đ ïž What you need to master
- +3 years in a B2B context (ideally SaaS/tech).
- Practical experience in B2B outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
