Senior genesys engineer / developer

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations. We are looking for a Senior Genesys Engineer / Developer to work in this project in Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

O que é pedido

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise solutions (Framework, routing, reporting, routing engine - URS)
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies: SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting (Genesys Info Mart)
• Experience with React.js (or Vue/Angular) for building modern, responsive user interfaces/agent dashboards
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services integration
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) – Daily working language

Valorizado

• French: Strong professional proficiency is a very strong plus (to collaborate with French-speaking teams and vendors like Diabolocom)
• Experience or strong interest in Diabolocom (or experience migrating from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions like Diabolocom)
• Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer (GCD)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
