Join our team as a Windows System Administrator (Hybrid – Oeiras/Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments in enterprise infrastructures.
• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange environments, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and identity services.
• Monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Implement security best practices, patches, and system updates.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation aligned with internal standards.

Qualifications:

• Windows Server administration skills in enterprise infrastructures.
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Active Directory administration skills including user and group management.
• System health monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to implement security best practices, patches, and updates.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Collaborative attitude with infrastructure and security teams.
• Proficiency in English at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model in Oeiras.
