Join our team as a QA Tester (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement test plans to ensure developed User Stories meet defined requirements and quality standards
• Develop detailed test cases based on User Story specifications
• Document acceptance criteria through clear and verifiable test scenarios
• Perform manual functional, regression, and integration testing
• Execute automated test scripts to validate User Stories and identify regressions
• Document, track, and communicate defects effectively to development teams
• Provide recommendations for quality improvements based on test results
• Contribute to User Story estimation activities during Poker Planning and Sprint Planning sessions
• Provide quality-related insights during Sprint Retrospectives, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Identify API automation needs for each increment
• Define and distribute API automation test coverage across User Stories
• Write automation scenarios and identify required test datasets
• Provide automation requirements to developers for implementation
• Validate implemented automation tests
• Execute automation tests or analyze test results after User Story development

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of testing methodologies and QA market tools
• Frontend testing experience with: Karma, Jasmine, Jest
• Backend testing experience with: JUnit, Bruno
• Automated testing experience with: Cucumber
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Strong functional knowledge of Life Insurance processes and products
