Join our team as a Oracle DBA (Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced Database Administration support across Oracle, MySQL, and Exadata environments
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database incidents, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of database-related projects
• Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and MySQL environments, following established best practices and security standards
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure seamless operation of database-dependent systems
• Participate in database architecture, deployment, and migration initiatives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence across database services
• Support database environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) when applicable
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical production environments and ensure service continuity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience administering Oracle Database and MySQL environments in production
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and MySQL
• Experience with Exadata environments
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a strong plus
• Ability to manage both operational activities and project-based database initiatives
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Portuguese (native) and English (minimum B1 level)
