The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group.

Role Accountabilities:

• Leading a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain large-scale systems that meet our clients' needs
• Ensuring continuous delivery of value through efficient development practices and timely releases
• Working closely with other development team members to ensure our systems' reliability, scalability, and security
• Aligning the team's work with the product vision and strategic goals
• Driving improvements in development practices across the department to enhance efficiency and quality

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in .Net development
• Strong problem-solving skills
