About the role

We are looking for a Python Developer with around 4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable and reliable backend solutions. In this role, he will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software that supports key business applications.

The position involves participating in the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to implementing and improving solutions, while following best practices in coding, testing, and system performance.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Capture and understand the requirements necessary to implement customer needs.
• Clarify scope, identify assumptions, requirements and dependencies to ensure project alignment among all stakeholders.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient Python-based solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Communicate effectively with the client to gather requirements, provide updates, and clarify technical details.

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in Python – Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures and object-oriented programming (3+ years of experience).
• API Development and Integration.
• Database Integration – Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Version Control – Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Testing and Debugging – Knowledge of automated testing, integration testing and debugging tools.
• CI/CD Pipelines – Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.
• Cloud Platforms – Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Containerization – Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
• Data Handling – Experience in data manipulation using libraries like Pandas.
