About the role

We are looking for an OSS and Networks Analyst with experience in Core Fixed Technologies and a strong knowledge and interest in international projects (telecommunications industry).

As part of your job, you will:

- Capture, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements in alignment with client needs and project scope.

- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize needs, and identify gaps, assumptions, and dependencies.

- Perform functional and technical analyses to define solution features, configurations, business logic, and integrations.

- Produce and maintain Functional Design Documents, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and performance standards.

- Define integration flows, API impacts, and orchestration rules, ensuring traceability and stakeholder approval.

- Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing low-level designs, and updating documentation based on feedback.

- Assist in solution transition, user acceptance testing, and warranty support.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities by responding to functional sections of RFPs/RFIs when necessary.

What are we looking for?

- Master's degree/bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

- Experience in Core Fixed configuration with (at least) 1 of these vendors (ranked by priority) and corresponding OSS solutions: Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, for over 3 years, with all technologies (FTTH, WDM, MPLS, IP Routing, DOCSIS, Firewalls, DPIs, SDN, Switching).

- Understanding of operational procedures related to support and configuration.

- Knowledge of vendor data models.

- Experience in producing technical/functional design documentation.

- Good communication skills to lead meetings and workshops with clients, architects, and development teams.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Knowledge of working with RESTful APIs, Python (or other scripting languages) will be considered an asset.

Bonus:

- Experience as an Analyst in IT/Telco delivery projects with hands-on experience in functional analysis.

- Knowledge and mindset of agile methodologies and Scrum.

- Knowledge of TMForum frameworks and best practices.

- Knowledge of best practices and design patterns in architecture.
