Customer Data Analyst - F/M/NB

Your mission:

  • Consolidation and analysis of data (contracts, billing, migrations, CRM);
  • Identification of turnover factors and risk by profile;
  • Develop predictive models for turnover;
  • Segmentation and clustering for large-scale actions (recapture, retention campaigns);
  • Monitoring of metrics (NRR, turnover, reactivation);
  • Auditing workflows, discounts, and migrations;
  • Support in the preparation of commercial and operational reports;
  • Leverage AI to accelerate analysis.

About you

  • Experience in commercial data analysis, including contract consolidation, billing, migrations, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce), emphasizing identification of turnover and risk by profile, preferably in software/technology.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, for data manipulation, creating dashboards, and monitoring metrics like NRR, churn, and reactivation.
  • Skills in predictive modeling and segmentation, using SQL, Python, or R for churn models and retention/capture campaigns at scale.
  • Experience in auditing processes and reports, analyzing discounts, migrations, and operational processes for optimization and decision support.
  • Proficiency in AI and analytical tools, such as machine learning or Tableau, to accelerate analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Analytical profile with strong communication skills (fluent in Portuguese and English); degree in Statistics/Data Science (bachelor's+) and certifications in Power BI/Excel valued.
