The Agile Coach integrates the R&D Operations & Transformation team and acts as a catalyst for change in the product and engineering squads of the Cegid ILA Group.
Your mission:
Coaching and Onboarding
- Onboard new teams and support the adoption of Cegid practices and tools (Scrum/Kanban), adjusting to the context.
- Facilitate ceremonies and workshops (planning, daily, review, retrospective) and promote continuous improvement.
- Mentor PMs/SMs/Engineers in delivery practices (SDLC, DevOps) and collaborate with stakeholders.
Delivery Standards, Metrics & Insights (DORA + Workflow)
- Define and maintain consistent delivery standards (templates, metrics, and reporting) across teams.
- Monitor flow and performance metrics (Lead/Cycle Time, WIP, CFD) and DORA metrics (DF, LTFC, CFR, MTTR).
- Build/maintain dashboards (Power BI) and transform data into actionable insights for squads and R&D leadership.
Tools (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
- Operate and optimize the use of Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, pipelines, dashboards) and GitHub as management and collaboration platforms.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, and Management; communicate and influence focusing on concrete decisions.
About you
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (min. 5 years):
- Implementation of Agile frameworks in teams (Scrum, Kanban).
- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and alignment between teams.
- Support for product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Creation of delivery standards: templates, metrics, and reporting.
- Microsoft Power BI: construction of delivery reports and dashboards.
- Azure DevOps: operational knowledge of boards, backlogs, and dashboards.
- Flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, CFD, WIP.
- DORA metrics: Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, CFR, MTTR.
- Mastery of the complete SDLC.
- Fluent English (written and oral) - mandatory.
