We're looking for a People Project Lead to join our People Team in Lisbon. You'll play a key part in driving People initiatives forward, ensuring great ideas translate into meaningful results. You'll connect the dots, bring stakeholders together, and keep projects moving.

O que vais fazer

• Lead People projects from start to finish: Take ownership of planning, coordinating and delivering People initiatives, translating ideas into clear objectives, actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Improve and optimise People processes: Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements to further streamline workflows and strengthen People operations
• Build stakeholder alignment: Work closely with teams across People, IT, Finance and Legal, fostering collaboration, managing expectations and ensuring clear, transparent communication throughout projects
• Document and standardise ways of working: Create, maintain and improve process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity and efficiency across People operations
• Navigate and drive change: Lead projects through organisational change, navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities and resistance while engaging stakeholders and supporting successful adoption
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and leverage AI tools and technologies to strengthen People operations and ways of working

O que é pedido

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management: A proven ability to coordinate and deliver projects, manage competing priorities and keep initiatives on track
• HR Operations experience: An understanding of People processes and the operational realities of working within an HR environment
• Fluency in English to a professional business level, both spoken and written
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration: You build positive relationships across teams, communicate clearly, manage expectations and bring different perspectives together
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with ownership and accountability: You take initiative, work independently and follow through on commitments to deliver results
• Problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement: You approach challenges pragmatically, make informed decisions and proactively identify ways to improve processes
• Change management and adaptability: You have experience navigating and supporting organisational change, bringing stakeholders along, managing resistance and maintaining momentum
• Working a fixed 2 days per week in our office
