Your tasks
In this role, you will provide remote support to automotive workshops with expert repair and diagnostics abilities for solving issues concerning vehicles throughout Europe. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an Original Equipment (OE) customer and new vehicles with the support of various tools, documents and resources.
Your contribution to something big:
- Professional remote diagnostics and repair support to automotive workshops;
- Vehicle specific spare parts setting, and support related to the repair of the vehicle;
- Communicating solutions clearly with our customers via available tools (e.g. email).
Your profile
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Formal training in automotive, equivalent to an expert-level technician.
- Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and technical support.
- Know-How:
- Strong technical support skills in vehicle IT, including both hardware and software systems;
- Knowledge of Nissan and Renault vehicles is considered a strong asset;
- Deep understanding of vehicle systems, such as:
- Languages:
- Working Style and Methods: You are a natural problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing issues remotely. You excel at translating complex technical issues into clear, understandable solutions.
- Personality: You are customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding service. You remain calm and effective under pressure and demonstrate a proactive and engaged approach to your work. Your sharp comprehension skills and active listening abilities make you a valued team member.
