As an Embedded Software Integrator for Automotive Radar Systems, you ensure that complex embedded software components work together seamlessly within the complete radar software stack.
Your contribution to something big:
- Planning, executing, and documenting software release and integration processes
- Managing and performing integration of embedded software across multiple radar variants
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Developing and maintaining build systems (e.g., CMake) and integration scripts
- Ensuring code quality and compliance using static analysis tools (e.g., QAC)
- Maintaining and improving unit test and test coverage infrastructures
- Conducting integration testing, debugging, and performance validation
- Collaborating closely with hardware engineers, algorithm developers, system architects, and CI teams
- Supporting system integration and troubleshooting radar signal processing issues
- Participating in code reviews and continuously improving development standards
You will play a key role in ensuring high software quality, fast integration cycles, and reliable radar system performance.
Your profile
What distinguishes you:
1. Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
2. Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development
- Experience in software integration within complex embedded systems
3. Know-how
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ (Python is a plus)
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Familiarity with build systems (e.g., CMake), version control (Git), and debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach)
- Experience with static code analysis tools (e.g., QAC / Helix)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Understanding of embedded software architectures and system-level integration
4. Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
