Your tasks

As a Development Engineer – Reliability Responsible, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability, from development through validation, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and internal processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive and moderate quality prevention and product improvement sessions (e.g., FMEA, DRBFM, risk assessments)
  • Plan and execute design validation tests
  • Analyze, present, and communicate test results to development teams
  • Develop new test methods and test rigs
  • Perform technical and safety reviews within product development projects
  • Prepare and moderate risk management meetings with teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and reliability processes

Your profile

Education:

  • Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field

Experience:

  • Experience in technical product development (valued)
  • Experience in reliability testing and validation (valued)

Know-how:

  • Knowledge of mechanical design, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and/or electronics
  • Understanding of statistical methods, component design, reliability testing, and material science
  • Familiarity with technical risk management tools (e.g., IQPro – nice to have)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
