In practice, your day-to-day

Integrated into the IT Service Delivery Department, your mission will be to act as the guarantor of production during all cycles of projects/initiatives/product development, contributing to the definition of the technical solution and stability of technical environments (production/non-production) and monitoring and supervising these solutions.

The main responsibilities are:

• Participate in the definition of technical solutions based on existing products and services, integrating production and security requirements.
• Share your knowledge about production services and infrastructure for the benefit of applications, advising the adoption of technologies based on application needs;
• Integrate production and infrastructure requirements and ensure that infrastructure and operational requirements are added to the product backlog;
• Ensure the availability of production resources and infrastructure facilitating the deployment of solutions;
• Contribute to the definition of service levels and production indicators;
• Implement monitoring and supervision of the solution implemented in production;
• Check the usability of technical environments (backups, restore, data access, performance, etc.);
• Verify the traceability of access to machines (OS, storage space, routers, etc.) and make necessary corrections;
• Identify operational bottlenecks (flows, security, network, etc.), alert about them, and propose action plans.
• Ensure the availability of updated and validated installation and operation documentation;
• Ensure the existence and testing of a failover backup plan (ICP);
• Provide support in case of a blockage or incident regarding releases.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud).
• Experience in operating Cloud Services (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), Serverless Computing, Containers, Kubernetes, Docker) - mandatory.
• Proficiency in operating systems administration (Microsoft) – mandatory.
• Experience in managing servers in virtualized and bare-metal environments - mandatory.
• Extensive experience in scripting languages (Powershell) - mandatory.
• Experience in automating processes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) - mandatory.
• Experience in observability platforms (Zabbix, Dynatrace) - mandatory.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Fluency in English.
