What are we looking for?

  • At least 4 years of experience as Systems Administration,
  • Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems (Linux knowledge is a plus);
  • In-depth experience with VMware/Omnissa for the setup, management, and support of virtual PC environments;
  • Proven expertise in Office 365, including installation, configuration, and management of hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments (Cloud / On-premises), Teams, and OneDrive;
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with SCCM and Intune for Windows base image creation, automated OS upgrades, security patch deployment, software package deployment, and software inventory/compliance;
  • Ability to monitor system indicators, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure regular security upgrades;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with users;
  • Mandatory Portuguese language proficiency.
