What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong focus on both UX and UI.
End-to-end Product Ownership: Ability to drive the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research and problem identification (UX) to high-fidelity mock-ups, prototyping, and final UI specifications.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proven critical analysis, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to translate complex user needs into intuitive and effective design solutions.
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and experience with other relevant tools like Adobe Suite or Sketch.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development environments.
Domain Expertise: Preferred background in software houses or technology consultancies, with experience in designing complex desktop software solutions (e.g., for industrial contexts).
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in advanced English, with a proactive approach to collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary development teams.
Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
