What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Senior Test Leader profile with 6+ years of professional experience in test activities;
• Fluency in French (mandatory);
• Proven experience in defining and implementing test strategies, master test plans, and managing test schedules;
• Ability to manage and coordinate software testers and their activities;
• Solid experience working within Agile methodologies;
• Proficient knowledge of test tools such as Octane, JIRA, and Confluence;
• Familiarity with API and SQL language;
• Strong capabilities in designing, executing, and reporting tests, ensuring quality and adherence to project deliverables;
• Experience in identifying, logging, prioritizing, and validating anomalies;
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to project stakeholders and managing project committees;
• Systematic, critical, and logical thinking with strong organizational and prioritization abilities;
• Adaptability, stress management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results;
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
