What will you do?

Define and maintain the technical architecture and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, reviewing designs and custom developments for scalability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into robust and performant technical solutions.
Oversee technical documentation and contribute to platform roadmap planning, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow and at least 3 years in a similar Technical Lead role;
Expertise in designing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow solutions, with deep knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog);
Mandatory ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications; ITIL Foundation and CIS-ITSM are a plus;
Proficiency in English (B2) is required for effective collaboration with local and remote teams;
Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
