What will you do?

• Support the run activities of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring stability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to production monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely incident resolution.
• Manage standard changes and service requests related to middleware operations.
• Progressively develop understanding of related Cloudera platform dependencies and operational documentation.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production support, middleware operations, or platform operations, preferably within banking or critical production environments.
• Proven experience in Kafka administration and operations support, including incident troubleshooting.
• Solid experience with Qlik Replicate or similar replication/CDC technologies.
• Good understanding of production environments, monitoring tools, incident management, and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in Linux administration basics and log analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously in an L2 support model with strong communication skills and handover quality.
