What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in network/systems administration or a similar role.
• Background in IT/IS.
• Solid knowledge of networks and/or systems, including relevant monitoring tools and solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and working knowledge of Microsoft Office365.
• Ability to monitor the ATM network, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Experience in incident management, focusing on swift and quality resolution.
• Capable of providing remote supervision and support for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Skills in controlling contracted service levels with suppliers.
• Intermediate level of English (oral and written communication).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on prioritization and organization.
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate with various stakeholders, making decisions under pressure.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a team-player attitude.
• Experience in monitoring payment terminal or telecommunication networks and ITIL Service Management knowledge are a plus.
