What will you do?
- Assist with daily database operations: monitoring, basic troubleshooting, performance checks;
- Support the administration of MS‑SQL environments (installation, updates, backups, restores , Commvault );
- Apply security and compliance best practices (access control, encryption, GDPR);
- Participate in deployments, migrations, and small‑scale technical changes;
- Maintain documentation and operational procedures;
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right
mindset:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a DBA of MS-SQL or Oracle databases;
- Fluent English (both written and spoken);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model 2/3x in Lisbon;

- Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
