What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services or Capital Markets
- Knowledge of financial products, risk management or investment banking
- Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications
- Experience with testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Residency in Portugal or valid work authorization/documentation to work in Portugal
- Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated
