• Manage SQL Server and MySQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
• Monitor the business management platform, proactively acting on incident detection and resolution.
• Provide specialized technical support, optimizing processes and contributing to the continuous evolution of operations.

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or another relevant area;
• Knowledge of Relational DB - MS SQL Server;
