Profile description:
- Proven experience in Help Desk, NOC, or Infrastructure Monitoring roles within enterprise environments;
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management;
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards;
- Ability to provide first-line support, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to second- and third-line teams;
- Experience operating in high-availability, mission-critical environments;
- Strong communication skills, operational discipline, and ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Notes:
- Full on-site availability in Riyadh is required, including shift work, nights, weekends, and on-call rotations;
- Candidates must be based in Portugal and available to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a period of one year;
- Freelance/B2B engagement is mandatory.
