Quality Assurance Engineer (Medior)

As a Medior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will take ownership of designing and executing automated test suites that improve product quality and delivery speed. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams, contribute to test strategy, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise helps ensure software reliability in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and frameworks;
• Design comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories;
• Identify, log, and track defects and work with developers on resolution;
• Participate in test strategy and planning sessions;
• Support junior testers and share knowledge within the team;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality;
• Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated testing.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience;
• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing;
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar (framework preference is not important);
• Experience working without dedicated QA infrastructure or isolated testing environments;
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java);
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Clear and effective communication skills with a good working level of English;
• Ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams.
