✨ Coworking Day at JAM Porto + Mindfulness Workshop ✨

Next Wednesday, 6.5.2026, we’re heading back to one of our favourite spots — JAM Porto.

A space that has everything we need for a full day together: coworking areas, café, garden, and that easy flow that makes the hours pass without noticing.

A day to work, connect, meet new faces, and settle into that midweek rhythm we’ve all grown to love.

And this time… we’re adding something a little different to the end of the day.

At 17:00, we will host a Mindfulness & Self-Compassion workshop with Simge Icen.

After facing personal challenges, including grief, unsafe environments, and burnout from years in the corporate world, Simge turned to mindfulness as a way to navigate anxiety and uncertainty. What began as a personal healing journey evolved into a deeper path, leading her to train as a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher — a program developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer.

Now based in Portugal, she shares these tools to help others bring more balance, clarity, and resilience into their daily lives.

In this session, she will guide us through the Self-Compassion Break — a simple yet powerful practice based on three elements: mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness.

A moment to pause, reset, and learn how to support yourself in challenging times — instead of fighting them.

A full day that moves from focus… into something softer.
