Job description

These are the specific functions of the job:

- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions

- Develop and implement support strategies, optimise processes with the aim of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Analysing customer problems and change requests and forwarding reports with as much technical information as possible to the different development teams.

- Proactively monitor and take action on the company's infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and avoiding downtime.

- Diagnosing and solving customer problems.

- Manage software and technical support tools.

Skills and qualifications, we are looking for:

- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD suitable for the function;

- Databases and SQL;

- Linux;

- API usage;

- Knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus;

- Passion for engineering and technologies;

- Fundamental troubleshooting skills;

- Outstanding communication skills;
