Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to support clients using our TV and Cast solutions throughout their lifecycle, from implementation to retention. You will assist with project setup, content coordination, screen configuration, and client integration. You will help resolve support tickets, monitor usage and performance, and prepare reports. Moreover, you will support upsell opportunities and contract renewals, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our platform to enhance guest communication and engagement.
This position requires full-time presence in our office in Maia, Portugal.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for the product (diagnostics, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution).
- Support project implementation (pre-installation checks, technical clarifications, troubleshooting, system readiness).
- Support integration with third-party systems (activation, collaboration with the Hub team, troubleshooting).
- Validate and improve product features (testing, bug identification, improvement proposals, readiness validation).
- Manage product technical documentation (update training materials, quick guides, techdocs).
- Collect internal and client feedback (gather information, pain points, report to Product Managers).
- Assist in sales and support for VAR (technical assistance, demo kit setup, training, support for proof of concepts).
- Innovate support tools (explore new support and documentation technologies, introduce new approaches).
Required
- Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of TV technologies.
- Experience in customer service.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Empathy in helping customers and the ability to manage their expectations.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Enthusiastic about immersing oneself in the world of technology.
Good Knowledge
- Knowledge of IPTV protocols and technologies.
- Linux command line.
- Scripting languages.
- Additional languages.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Experience in the hospitality sector.
