We are seeking an IT Support L2 professional to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems in the auto industry.

Description
Um/a IT Support L2 bem-sucedido/a deve ter:
- Customer Support: Independently handling technical and application-specific inquiries from national and international customers.
- IT Support: Receiving and resolving functional issues related to the TrailerConnect® portal, API interfaces, and control units.
- Ticket Management: Prioritizing and classifying incidents in the ticket system and resolving them using remote tools.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborating with IT and hardware departments, workshops, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Error Analysis & Solution Development: Supporting the analysis and development of technical solutions with internal and external specialists.
- Claims Handling: Documenting and communicating claims with suppliers.
- Project Work: Contributing to IT development projects.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close cooperation with various internal departments.
Profile
A successful IT Support L2 should have:
- Education: Completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience: Ideally, experience with ticket systems, ACD, SAP, Office 365, and mobile communications.
- Support Experience: Experience in telephone-based IT customer support.
- Soft Skills: Enjoyment of cross-team collaboration and interest in complex technical products.
- Languages: Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Independent and result-oriented working style.
