Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days remote per week).

As a Full-Stack Developer – Banking Technology, you will be working for our client in the banking industry, driving the development of cutting-edge financial solutions. Join a team committed to transforming banking through innovative technology and collaborate on impactful projects that shape the future of finance.

Your main responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain back-end systems using Java 11 and Scala, ensuring robustness and scalability.

- Implement engaging front-end features with JavaScript and React to enhance user experiences.

- Collaborate daily with project managers and product owners to align delivery goals.

- Provide demonstrations and support during testing phases to guarantee quality.

- Ensure seamless integration with PostgreSQL and SQL databases for reliable data management.

- Participate actively in Agile methodologies and practices to foster continuous improvement.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

- Fluent proficiency in French (minimum C1 level).

- At least 4 years of experience in software development, preferably within banking or financial sectors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced knowledge of Java 11 and Scala.

- Experience with JavaScript, React, and version control with Git.

- Familiarity with mobile development for Android and iOS (beneficial).

- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.

It is a strong plus if you have:

- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.

- Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams.

- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Language Required for the role:

- Fluent in English and French.
